Windows Power Tools has a program called Remote Display Control for Pocket PC. This also allows you to capture screen shots from your pocket pc. The application itself is running on the Pocket PC - it is not like the emulator - it duplicates the image on the Pocket PC on your windows screen - also allows control input.
