Installation with pre-configured profile and demo map/turnoints/airspace

Description

The idea is:

  • when XCSoar is installed on PDA/PNA/Android, it would be nice to have some pre-configured profile with some demo map, turnpoints and airspaces, so new user could start using XCSoar instantly - without difficult configuration. Such approach is used also by SeeYou? Mobile and LK8000.


There are generally two possibilities:

1) to have separate CAB file ("for fresh-install") with sample XCSoarData folder content
2) ship a ZIP file with XCSoar.exe and XCSoarData/* and small autostart-EXE files, which just launch XCSoar.exe. User unpacks the ZIP file on SD card, inserts SD into PDA/PNA, and XCSoar auto-launches.
