Description
This may be a duplicate to ticket http://xcsoar.org/trac/ticket/752 as it sounds that the BGA and SSA have similar start cylinder options.
In Canada and the USA it is possible to start the task when the glider leaves the top of the cylinder (if the cylinder has a maximum altitude). The scoring distance is counted from the point of exit in the front half of the cylinder. If the user wants to restart the task he has to come back in to the cylinder and remain below start height for 2 minutes. Please provide the option to start a task by exiting the cylinder out from the top. (currently a task rules violation occurs). See link below to the SSA rules, diagram can be found on page 31 of the PDF.
Also, it would be beneficial to have a 2-minute (or user configurable) count down timer somewhere on the screen once the glider re-enters the start cylinder. Looking at the watch to make sure you aren't leaving too early takes away concentration in very busy airspace.

Task starts from point of exit top of cylinder for non-fai tasks. Also, 2 minute "Time Under Start Height" inbox has been added.
