The menu guideline is that the button label shows what will happen when pressed. This is Ok and works perfect for the On/Off? functions.

Unfortunately there are lots of buttons, which toggle through a sequence of options, e.g. the different snail trail length. Using/watching this buttons regularly leads to toggle them through all options to just know what option was selected. This should be replaced by a gui element reflecting the current selection.
