Set Mc value is used to calculate arr heights at all displayed Airfields

Description

The arr heights at the displayed Airfields on the map is calculated using set Mc value instead of Mc 0 (or Safety-Mc).
Same is true for the "hit the ground"-line.

I think the set Mc should only apply on the next WP arr height and the task.
Or at least this should be configurable.

(Only tested in Sim mode)

Will be implemented by commit 62c6e8c3541a77d44cf63d2df875c5ec3d27e1d9

It will use either the safety MC or the current MC, whichever is lower.
