Ipaq 31x Wheel not working in build from 2010-07-09.

Description

Version used : 2010-07-09/PPC2003/
Hardware : HP Ipaq 314

Problem :
First I installed the exe-file. Started, and noticed that the soft-buttons are not working (it was quite hard to exit the app.)

Then I removed the configuration (.prf) file, and then all worked nicely, except the side-wheel of the Ipaq.

Then I changed the configuration to use the HP31X.XCI file, again
After that change, back to square one - no soft keys.

I think the 2010-07-09-version is not compatible with the (old?) HP31X.XCI.

This XCI file crashes the current HEAD. Further investigation is needed...

The crash will be fixed by commit 5caa12e9664a26a087939afbc88431c55fc9dcdf

We will release a new nightly version soon, with some fixes to the custom input/events files. Please report back if the problem still exists afterwards.
