Menu: Clicking on menu items leaves focus on the button

Description

When clicking on a menu button the focus should be given to the map again after the button was activated.

Example:
When in PAN mode and clicking "Zoom In" the button stays focused. This is unwanted behaviour because it is not possible to use the arrow keys anymore like that. You have to click on the map first until they work again.
