When flying over the start line of a task, xcsoar should give some information
about the start parameters achieved (i.e. speed, height, time).

When violating the start rules, it still should display that information (when
arm auto advance start is active and armed) and let the pilot choose if he wants
to "try again" or "advance anyway".

It is implemented in some sort, but with the new engine it probably needs an update.
