  A rewrite/update/revamp of the data generation system (also known as the terrain generator)

  • New style to match the web site
  • Updated defaults (data files, such as turnpoint and default to XCM)
  • Bug fixes: (todo - e.g. reducing maximum size causing DoS).

  Major re-work of existing code:

  • Move from Visual C to "GCC"
  • Development of a UNIX (Linux) version - in the pipeline, may not be complete
  • WINE (Windows API version to run on Linux and other WINE architectures) version
  • Other hardware being targeted: PC (Windows); PPC (Pocket PC or WinCE) 2000, 2002, 2003
  • Test cases - automatic build and testing. Also some unit tests
  • Source code moved from CVS to GIT
  • Complete rewrite of task system (including all calculations and more accurate AAT).
